Leeson’s MHC, LLC is managed by Sage Asset Management, LLC. Both are held under common ownership but we are better able to pass along savings by maintaining a separate management company.

Both are a family-owned and operated provider of manufactured housing community spaces. We are focused mainly in Florida and Wisconsin.
